New Plastimo main Compass.New Fire extinguishers, New Gas Cooker and gas piping, New Headlining to Fore-cabin. All this and more has been done this year.

Heads 1 heads (Manual)

There is a lot of room on board this boat and she is well appointed. The woodwork still has a nice colour to it. There is so much storage too so she is ideal for holidays. The main cabin in the forepeak is a good size. There is a good size double when you convert the main saloon on the portside. There is a single berth to starboard. In addition there is a great single berth aft on the portside - it would fit two slim people on it! I like the arrangement on this fine vessel and the only things that I would do inside is to recover the cushions in a more modern way and to make some nice boxes to hide the back of the instruments either side of the companion way.

2 burner gas cooker/stove

Broker's Comments

These boat details are subject to contract.
This sailing boat appears to be an overall good example of her kind. The owner had her surveyed in 2012 and carried all the recommendations out and then had another survey done confirming everything had been done. She benefits from a new shaft, stuffing box and P-Bracket too and new rope cutter. The engine seems to purr away nicely too and the owner said it was serviced in September 2013.
The accommodation is really generous and matched by the storage. The upholstery could do with a makeover but is not damp smelling. The cockpit is very deep and sheltered and provides a safe haven when sailing. This yacht is suitable for those new to sailing and experienced alike.
