Broker's Comments

This is a solidly built well regarded long distance eight berth cruiser
Ketch rigged she is easy to handle and being a bilge keeler can take the ground.
This one was epoxied in 2000 since when the epoxy has broken down and she is now stripped back to laminate from the water line down to be done again. On the hard at the moment the new owner will easily be able to carry out this work themselves.
With a little effort this will be a good boat. Generally clean and tidy inside she could also do with a bit of modernising and and the work required is reflected by the asking price. These boat details are subject to contract.
Note: Offers on the asking price may be considered.
