Broker's Comments

Boatshed Grand Union are pleased to present this 57ft x 10ft Wide Beam for sale with West London leisure mooring.

Built in 2002, this boat has been recently partially refitted inside and is now ready for its new owners who could use this as a West London pied-a-terre or as a comfortable and spacious cruiser.

The open living area and kitchen is well laid out and overall the boat has space for two cabins and a good sized bathroom. Skylights throughout help with the feeling of space and light.

The leisure mooring is transferable with the boat on payment of a 5% transfer fee to the marina and current mooring fees are £4,610 p.a.

The boat is priced to sell and offers on the asking price may be considered.
