Broker's Comments

This is a bespoke, custom built widebeam, beautifully fitted out by Heritage craftsmen with no expense spared. The interior is bright with modern fitted cupboards which provide masses of storage space. The flooring has been laid throughout with cherry wood; the cabins are fitted out in ash and lined with Mirranti trim. Cabin heating is by a multi fuelled stove and central heating by a Webasto automatic diesel central heating system (radiators fitted in every room).

Included in the sale price is a range of hardly used, high quality, custom built furniture.

She's on a delightful, tranquil mooring which is very close to the 2012 Olympics site and is within easy reach of the River Thames, the Regent's Canal and the River Stort. Subject to agreement with the marina management, the boat can be kept on this mooring.
