Boatshed London are delighted to offer this 60ft Wide Beam for sale with residential mooring at Poplar Dock, near Canary Wharf. Built in 2005 by Liverpool Boats, this particular boat will give someone a great living space with two cabins and is also beautifully finished throughout.

The master cabin has plenty of natural light and loads of storage. The second cabin makes this boat ideal for a family or could be made up with a small double for guests or even a study.

The boat is being sold with a transferable residential mooring at Poplar Dock near Canary Wharf. The marina is a quiet village amongst the skyscrapers and perfectly located for anyone working in the Wharf or central London. Blackwall DLR is 5 mins walk from the marina, Canary Wharf Jubilee station is 12 mins away.

Current mooring fees are approx £10,500 p.a. and the mooring is fully transferable with the marina charging a 5% transfer fee.
