Broker's Comments

This well maintained boat with large raised bow and it's unique tapered canoe stern is huge inside and has been used as a liveaboard and cruised the country since 2010 when she was launched.

Built by the present owner down in Kent, this is his third boat and she was designed specifically to live on and therefore large spaces were very important. A very secure boat with a burglar alarm also fitted; the port holes were reclaimed from an old trawler and she has lots of under floor storage for all those extras you may need.

She has a huge cruiser stern with steps up to the roof deck, eye catching tiller and Honda generator. As you go down into the boat on the port side there is a seperate room that was originally was used as a workshop but has been converted to a single berth. Then come the large kitchen diner with well fitted out kitchen units, full size cooker, fridge freezer and decent size dining table and chairs. The webasto heater provides rapid blown air heating to the kitchen.

There is a full length curtain dividing the kitchen diner from the huge saloon area with double sofabed, Television and the diesel fired Bubble fire with back boiler providing hot water for the radiators.

Next is the good size shower room with sink, toilet, radiator and washing machine. Finally you come to the large master bedroom with radiator, metal framed double bed, large chest of drawers and the forward cupboard section has been converted into ample wardrobe space. there is also a double hatch opening out to the canal.
