I love boats like this. As you approach her on the marina pontoon, you just know it’s going to be good. Step aboard, and those initial impressions are confirmed. In fact, she’s pretty much immaculate, inside and out. Everything is clean, tidy and in good condition and the current owners clearly take great pride in the boat’s appearance. The interior feels bright and airy, with light wood furniture, fittings and flooring.

Outside, she's pretty immaculate - even the engine is pristine.

The boat has a fully residential mooring in a secure, gated marina, very close to Canary Wharf and the City. This is a popular and convenient location, with tubes, buses, trains and the river bus all close to hand, as well as supermarkets, bars, restaurants and shops. It would make a great liveaboard – either for someone working in the City or for someone wishing to explore the canals.

The price includes the residential mooring (such moorings have been marketed recently for sums in excess of £30,000).
