Quality steel hull, a solid build which has been well maintained.
Surveyed and blacked in 2013, there is little to do to keep this lady in good condition for a few years to come.
A good sized foredeck gives plenty of room for social gatherings and has room for chairs for that comfortable view.
The stern deck also has ample space for entertaining and making the most of sunny days.

Broker's Comments

This is a compact little broadbeam, with enough room to make a comfortable home or Pied a terre but a lovely size to manoeuvre down the river and on the canals for a holiday.

Packed with quality features, there is lots of room for entertaining and she feels much bigger than her actual size.

In a picturesque spot close to Canary Wharf and all that the area can offer, this boat is a convenient alternative to a traditional flat. The mooring is transferable by agreement with marina management and has good facilities including a shower block and laundry. The community is friendly and supportive.
