Broker's Comments

Priced to sell this 27 foot cabin Cruiser is similar to the Seamaster 27 and Elysian 27 in design.
The Ferrocrete hulls were once very popular on the broads having being built locally.
Other than being In need of a clean the boat is in good condition. The exterior woodwork is solid and the interior is really rather good.
The boat is very dry and the upholstery is superb.
There is hot water via a calorifier and a good sized heads, shower and galley area.
The forward cabin is separated from the main cabin by a sliding door. The boat was surveyed 2 years ago and a copy of the survey can be seen when viewed.
Priced realistically this is a good introduction to the water offering family accommodation at a good price. .
