Broker's Comments

These Danish Trawlers were built to last and this one has. Since her career in fishing she has been used as a leisure and live aboard vessel and is well appointed and attractive for exactly that. Originally for use in ice waters she is massively built and under last ownership has had plenty of high quality maintenance. There is a little work to do still following a recent insurance survey before taking her to sea again and this is being allowed for in her realistic asking price.
Perhaps a jewel in the crown is that she has a true residential mooring lease in Bristol harbour which, subject always to consent of the harbour authority, may be transferred to the new owner.
She very recently changed hands but due to some unfortunate circumstances she is again on the market making a wonderful opportunity for city centre marine accommodation as well as a potential cruising boat for someone.

These boat details are subject to contract.
Note: Offers on the asking price may be considered.
