A spacious waterfront residence in the heart of Bristol city centre which has the added benefit on being in full working order for long range cruising, giving the best of both worlds.
The rights to the RESIDENTIAL MOORING will be signed over to the new owner and are included in the asking price. After an interesting history as a fishing trawler (complete with ice busting bow!) off Iceland and Grimsby, she has had a quality conversion to comfortable live aboard by the engineer owner, including all the mod cons! There is an electricity connection direct to shore (i.e. a normal home energy account – one of only 4 in Bristol), also landline telephone and internet. The present owners have had lots of fun sailing offshore and she’s in good sea worthy condition, having had regular servicing and anti fouling. This boat is well maintained and the present owners have installed all systems with functional ease of use in mind.

These boat details are subject to contract.
Note: Offers on the asking price may be considered.
