Broker's Comments
This is a fascinating boat with loads of potential as a live-aboard. The accommodation is spacious with a very practical layout. The boat is currently without engines, however it would be easy to re-engine. Alternatively you could forget the engines and convert to a proper houseboat with aft cabin and en-suite. The boat currently has a much sought after, residential mooring on the Thames which is available for an additional £5,000. A very low premium for this kind of Thames mooring, particularly with the possibility to convert the engine room for additional living space.
Well worth an early viewing if you are looking for low cost living near London. These boat details are subject to contract.
