When you consider it is only a 26 footer and has a huge cockpit for fishing, it only seems logical that the cabin would be cramped. That is not the case here however. As you enter down the 2 steps you are amazed at the comfortable amount of space below. Ambient light from the ports and hatch and ample headroom gives the impression of a much larger space. The built in basin and storage is more than ample for an extended stay for 2.

The foredeck has 2 molded in seats.

Forward cabin includes rod holders, reading lights, stereo equipment.

Plenty of tackle storage and multiple insulated bait wells and fishboxes make it seem like you brought a fishing store with you. Padded coamings make fighting you new wall hanging comfortable and the deep cockpit keeps you safe. At the end of the day you can easily clean things up with the self bailing cockpit and both fresh and raw water washdowns.

Capable and ready to handle any toys you may desire. Much more than a fishing boat.

Safety is well provided for on this Cat. The decks have compression gaskets on hatches, a self bailing cockpit and fully automatic bilge pumps in each hull to remove any water that does get in. Backing plates on all hardware, keep this Cat from developing the cracks so often seen on lower quality boats.

The non skid deck is easy on bare feet, but keeps you upright.

Top if off with an Alden 406 MHz EPIRB and the DSC VHF you are well prepared for a day on the ocean.

Broker's Comments

If someone told me I could buy a World Cat with 38 hours for under 50 Grand, I would ask them where is the party?

You never know what to expect when you arrive at a boat to take photos. This 2000 World Cat was one of those boats that grows on you the longer you look. When you factor in the quality and the price, the result is real VALUE.

She is rack stored and the first walk around found a hull that shined, typical World Cat quality and a pair of Yamaha HPDI engines.

When you walk aboard there is some dust and a little gear cluttering up the cuddy, but it is all World Cat and a few hours with a hose and brush and she will be standing tall.

The huge cockpit will be a fishing platform or playground for the entire family. The beauty of these boats is that they do not sacrifice comfort for fishability.
A fish box becomes a cooler, a bait well becomes a drink bow and next thing you know you are worlds best dad and husband.
A picnic off the beach, pulling a tube or restaurant hopping, this Cat will exceed all expectations.
Whether fishing or cruising you have the confidence that if the weather turns snotty, you can make it home in comfort and safety.
