Broker's Comments

This stylish 50ft Narrowboat is now for sale with London residential mooring at Three Mills Moorings in East London. Beautifully fitted out and filled with lots of light, this is an excellent floating home with some of the cheapest mooring fees you'll find in London.

Originally built in 1978 by Hancock and Lane, the boat has been recently refurbished and is ready to move straight into and is sold with all furniture included. There is a walk through bathroom with electric flush heads and lovely roll top bath and shower. The galley is well equipped with gas stove, farmhouse style sink and fridge/freezer. Throughout this boat, you can see an eye for detail and it has been really well designed.

Mechanically and electrically, the boat is in good condition with high spec Victron charger and has been well maintained.

Three Mills Moorings is a proper village of boaters and is in a lovely location right next to a park with good access to transport links. The surrounding area is undergoing development which will add value to these moorings and mean you have even more amenities on your doorstep. Current mooring fee is only £500 pcm including service charge. There is a 5% + VAT transfer fee to take over the mooring.

These boat details are subject to contract.
