1925 riveted Beutschip, Luxemotor look-alike hull with a practical conversion to a pleasure cruiser. The superstructure has respected the original lines of the ship and included a huge aft deck covered with another lower deck for the gas barbecue). The aft deck sun awning is collapsable to go under low bridges, and headroom is 1.90m

Forward is a V berth ( each 1.90 x 0.90) cabin headroom of 1.34m with plenty of storage space, washing machine location, spare fridge. Moving aft is the galley with four burner gas hob, good headroom of 1.93m. Plenty of storage and a wood burner stove.
Double dinette opposite converts to a double bed 2.40m x 1.10m. Shower room with electric WC and gas water heater. Galley and dinette area headroom is 1.93m. Up to the central wheelhouse (1.85m headroom) with access doors both sides for ease of manoeuvres, there is an outside sliding door each side and a closing internal door each side too. A Luxemotor look-alike barge for sale in France. Boatshed Bourgogne is pleased to offer this live aboard Dutch barge for sale. Built in 1925 and converted into a compact, pretty and practical live aboard since.

Good layout for a couple with occasional guests with good outside living spaces and comfortable compact and practical inside layout.

Note that everything onboard and seen in my pictures is included in the sale with the exceptions of the paintings on the wall.
