All handrails are of double-rung design for safety, and are welded and beautifully polished.

Window frames are powder coated aluminum.

Deck hardware is sturdy and high-quality stainless steel with no corrosion and little evidence of staining.

Boarding astern is from a large swim platform though the transom door. The covered cockpit is large enough for several deck chairs. The sturdily-built wide sliding aft cabin door provides entry to the full-beam saloon, which is much larger than would be expected in a boat this size. The galley is forward starboard and features granite countertops. There's space for a comfortable reclining chair aft starboard. To port is the convertible L-shaped sleeper-sofa. Just forward and down is a utility room -- with a washer/dryer, Novakool freezer, space for hanging wet clothes, and access to the engine room.

The pilothouse is just two steps up from the salon and is not isolated as on many other pilothouse models. The L-shaped dinette allows three or four guests to enjoy the pilothouse while underway. Multiple table options exist to expand or reduce the size of the pilothouse table and seating depending on the number of guests or other needs. The dinette converts to a single pilot berth. The helm station is to starboard, and features a sliding helm seat with a moveable bolster for leaning if desired. Forward visibility from the helm station is excellent, and because of the low pilothouse design it's possible to view the aft quarters directly from the helm seat also (unusual in a pilothouse model). Sliding pilothouse doors port and starboard allow easy access to the dock, the foredeck or to the flybridge.

Footwells with high bulwarks provide security when exiting the pilothouse, and the wide, full-size steps to the flybridge make access safe and easy. There are no vertical ladders on this boat!

The master cabin has a queen bed, hanging lockers port and starboard, storage drawers, storage cabinets, and separate head and shower compartments.

The flybridge has a pedestal helm seat with centerline helm station, a companion pedestal seat to starboard, and an L-shaped settee with tabletop to port. As with the entire exterior of the boat, the design of the flybridge is uncluttered and obviously intended to be simple to maintain and easy to clean.

Cabin heat is provided by an Espar high output 18,800 BTU diesel fired forced air furnace. Two Webasto FCF reverse cycle units also provide heating and cooling capability. And for fresh air this boat has nine opening windows (including an opening windshield window), five opening stainless steel portlights, and two overhead hatches.

3 VIRTUAL TOURS - 1 VIDEO - 117 PHOTOS - FULL SPECS & BROKER'S COMMENTS CAN BE VIEWED OF THIS MARINER 37 SEVILLE by clicking the link provided below!

This 2011 Helmsman Trawlers 38 / Mariner Yachts International 37 has an impressive cruising history.
Originally home ported on the Great Lakes, she has been to Alaska (twice), Central America and the Panama Canal, the Caribbean, and completed the Great Loop under the command of her current owners. This vessel is now in the PNW.

Notable features include Cummins QSB5.9 330 hp main engine, Northern Lights 6KW genset, and a custom salon layout with an adjacent utility room with a washer/dryer and a deep freezer. The master suite layout is roomy and with separate head and shower compartments. Other features include multiple heating and cooling options (reverse-cycle + diesel heat), Furuno navigation electronics + FLIR camera, davit and tender, and engine spares.

The boat gives the impression of being much larger than its size implies with a very roomy interior and a design that includes a full-beam salon and an extended pilothouse that serves as a comfortable living and dining area in addition to its role as wheelhouse. The quality of materials and construction are evident with teak and holy floors, beautiful teak joinery, heavy fittings and rails, sturdy deck sections, and thick engine compartment sound insulation.

Originally imported and sold as a Mariner Yachts International 37 Seville Pilothouse, this model is the predecessor to the current Helmsman Trawlers 38 Pilothouse and is dimensionally equal. The Mariner 37 Pilothouse shares the same hull tooling as the Helmsman Trawlers 38/38E. This vessel shows quite nicely owing to her quality construction and careful attention to maintenance and care by her current owners. Mechanical systems reliant on seawater cooling (engine, genset, A/Cs) are plumbed to a freshwater flush system – and there many other thoughtful additions and features (e.g., pop-up cutting board, optional pilothouse table expansion) intended to expand the usefulness and longevity of this boat. This boat has just returned from an Alaska cruise (summer 2022) and is already primed for her next journey. With multiple heating / cooling options she would be at home on either coast or the Great Lakes.
