Broker's Comments

For many, Hallberg-Rassy sit at the top of high-quality, dependable, ocean cruising yacht production. More so, H-R yachts built through the 80's and 90s are prized due to the quality of the companies production during this period. A great introduction then for "Quinta", one of the last Hallberg-Rassy 312 MK 2's to depart the production line in 1990.

The hull is relatively narrow and tapers aft, which makes her a steady and stable boat in big seas. Her ample displacement and deep-vee bow means she covers the miles easily and comfortably even in adverse weather conditions.

The 31 LOA gives a surprisingly roomy interior and the teak finish lends the boat a warm, cosy feel. The settee backs lift up to increase the width of the berths and provide additional stowage. The fore berth is sensibly sized and the heads, a light airy space with recently serviced Jabsco sea toilet and full size wash basin.

"Quinta" benefits from many upgrades and a detailed maintenance history. Recent upgrades include, new (2019) standing rigging and spreaders. New (2019) Selden furling system, New (2022) Whisker pole. New (2021) fuel pump, new (2021) chart plotter/AIS. All new dinghy, Suzuki 2.5 outboard and custom davit arrangement.

This is a boat with the highest of yachting pedigree, presented in excellent overall condition. The boat is offered for sale by a seasoned, and highly competent yachtsman who, through years of experience has ensured the high level of maintenance and improvements the boat benefits from today.

Please note "Quinta" is freshly antifouled and benefits from a set of new anodes- (April 2023).
