Broker's Comments

Boatshed Dartmouth are pleased to offer for sale this Fairways Marine Catfisher 28. Few of these were built yet the design of this motor-sailer catamaran delivers a lot of room for just 24 feet on the waterline. The main saloon (in true Fisher design) is large and spacious and there is good headroom through both hulls as well. The two cabins forward (on port & starboard) are large doubles and there is an additional cabin aft in the starboard hull. This particular example has had considerable amounts of money spent on her including the engine and drive gear and in 2010 new standing rigging and furling gear. There is some refurbishment work of a cosmetic nature required on the interior. This is reflected in the asking price as is the the mast compression which was known when new standing rigging was fitted. She would make a splendid family cruiser with plenty of space for everyone and a cockpit that is deep and safe. She would also make an ideal live-aboard as the large saloon and general layout offers space and definite living, sleeping, cooking areas. Appointments to view are strictly by prior appointment with your Boatshed Dartmouth broker Paul and are available 6-days a week
