Broker's Comments

This is a gem of a boat at a tiny price.
Lovely condition for her year, she would make a comfortable day boat or weekender or even a small live-aboard.
Purchased earlier this year, the boat has had all the hard work completed, but is just too small for the owners growing family and so is sadly being sold.
A new owner can just move in and she is ready to go!

The mooring may be available for transfer on application.
