The salon leads to an open plan galley kitchen. There is a good cooker, sink, microwave and fridge. Plenty of storage.

Next is a well designed bedroom with double bed. There is a TV shelf and bookshelf. Under the bed is a large storage drawer. This space also houses the waste tank and calorifier tank.

The bathroom features a pump out toilet, a good sized shower and washbasin.

The rear cabin houses a sofa and a washer drier. However the sofa converts to a solid double bed, giving a second bedroom. This space would also make a good office. There is a large storage cupboard.

Broker's Comments

This is a great boat for living aboard with the unusual benefit of a second double bedroom. It would also be an ideal cruising vessel.

She is very well laid out, as well as being light and spacious.

She has a generous cruiser stern for sociable cruising and a powerful Vetus engine which would suit her for canal or river.

Sensibly priced to sell, this is a boat to grab quickly.
