Broker's Comments

The Colvic Atlanta has all of the aspects of a true motor sailer, spaciousness and seaworthiness. She was moulded in 1973 but not commissioned until 1977.
She has 2 separate cabins and a wheelhouse with a large secure cockpit. She has 2 single berths in the forward cabin and in the main saloon the table can drop down to convert to a double and there is a single berth in the wheelhouse. In 2005 a Perkins Sabre engine was fitted which will enable her to tackle strong head winds and tides.
She has a comprehensive range of navigation equipment.
She requires all the sea cocks to be changed plus she has some osmosis and there is a bit of rot in the woodwork at the rear of the wheelhouse. The anchor windlass requires resecuring to the foredeck. Cosmetically she could do with a cleanup and paint.
