Broker's Comments

From the drawing board of Maurice Griffiths this centre cockpit motor sailing ketch is terrific value for money. Big enough as a live aboard she is sea kindly under motor and sail and can be sailed single handed as well as with crew. A great family cruiser this one has had the hull refinished in gel coat spray and benefits from new standing rigging overall in 2008.
She needs tidying up cosmetically on deck and when that's done will be worth a great deal more than the current asking price. If you are in the market for a solid and dependable cruising yacht this could well be the one for you.
These boat details are subject to contract.
Note: Offers on the asking price may be considered.
