Broker's Comments

Houseboat for sale in France. Boatshed Paris is happy to offer this Aak dutch barge with a modern superstructure of a house boat on top, as a live aboard, Built in circa 1900 and less than 19.85m, she has kept her ability to cruise and could move else where if required.
Located in the East of PARIS REGION, in the Champagne area to be more precise, the mooring could be transferrable under request.
This vessel offers a comfortable accommodation around 84m2, a real floating home with double glazed windows a great view over the river, plenty storage under the floor where a black or grey tank could be installed. 140Hp engine on board, the house boat could still cruise, helm position on the foredeck.
