Broker's Comments

On a transferrable residential mooring this is an ideal opportunity to purchase an almost finished, fully rebuilt from a bare hull Bourne 40. The current owner has done all the hard work and all the materials are on board to complete this project. As you will see form the pictures there is an island bed in the fore cabin and a good sized heads and shower. The re are 2 brand new Propex gas warm air heaters fitted and working. This boat would make an ideal liveaboard or cruiser designed for longer stays on board. With most if not all the materials and parts needed to complete already on board this is an ideal boat to finish up during the cold weather in time for Spring.
New in 2011 are freshwater pumps, electrics, interior panelling, headlining, lighting, fridge freezer, full size cooker and so on.

I have many pictures of the boat during the various stages of the build that show her being built from a bare hull.
