Broker's Comments

On stepping aboard this boat your first impression is of the internal space and the solid construction with huge internal volume. She has a safe sturdy feel about her and would be at home both at sea, or cruising the inland waterways. The accommodation below has to be seen to be believed. The aft cabin is so spacious that some houses don’t have rooms this big and is complete with an en-suite shower/hip bath. The layout is sensible and makes the most of the available space. If you are looking for a live-aboard or long term cruiser this boat is ideal. She has a warm, comfortable and welcoming feel about her and the saloon windows give a fantastic view of the world around you. Her mooring is available with good access to the DLR. Close to Canary Wharf and only half an hour from Tower Hill. The boat is priced to sell and we recommend an early viewing.
