Broker's Comments

I am very pleased to be able to offer this Classic and spacious Broom skipper in a fully updated condition. The Last owner of some 17 years has spared no expense in adding many modern features and makiing this a truly unique version of these popular and delightful boats. The boat has been fully modernised inside and out with a full refit over the last couple of years to bring her to a bright, clean and modern feel with all the facilities you would want for extended cruisining in all weathers. She boasts Eberspacher D4C diesel heating and a webasto warm water heating system to keep you cozy. From the moment you step aboard you will know this boat is different, from the bright and airy feel and fit out that maintains the great space and character these boats are known for.
The wheelhouse has had the old folding wooden sides replaced with a much simpler fully glazed all folding aluminium screen and sides to make this boat a breeze to handle and enjoy open air cruising with access under all the Broads bridges. She has just been returned to the water after having a new propshaft cutlass bearing and shaft seal fitted and fresh antifoul in August. She is in every sense ready to go cruising! The owner of 17 years will be sad to see this wonderful boat go, but is now downsizing.

If you are looking for a classic design that has been fully refitted to a high standard and is ready to go, then look no further, As this charming cruiser should tick all your boxes.
