Broker's Comments

This Cheoy Lee Clipper 36 is a striking looking and heavily made blue water cruiser. She crossed to this side of the Atlantic in 2000 and was VAT paid in France in 2005.
Since 2005 she has been subject to an ongoing refit which has now been curtailed by ill health and still needs completing. If I was looking for a boat this could well be one I would go for. She looks serviceable while finishing the refit when she will be once again a spacious, comfortable and capable cruiser.
She will need CE certification for use in the EU which accounts for the remarkably low price for a lot of boat.
