Broker's Comments

This boat could easily be a GRP replica but it's not; the Wests epoxy system used on new wood really works.
Even the sink and water tank are made from wood.
The present owner built this boat from scratch, following the original design.
Sadly he was taken ill shortly after launching and the boat has not really done very much apart from the occasional little jaunt up the coast but has been fastidiously maintained and looked after. She was last out of the water in June 2016.
She also has the advantage of being on a marina quay specifically for wooden boats which are allowed a 30% discount off mooring fees. The new owner can take over the berth which is a big plus as moorings are normally subject to a waiting list.
