Broker's Comments

As a motor sailor the Colvic Watson 29 has all the credentials required. She is extremely well built with the ability to handle the most adverse weather conditions, whilst keeping her crew both safe and dry. This version has the advantage of being able to dry out on moorings, harbours or sandy beaches and she can also navigate shallow creeks. If you had to make the comparison to a vehicle she would be a Land Rover Discovery or a Range Rover.
The well appointed interior has a double berth in the forward cabin with the heads to port and a dinette, which can convert to a double. The galley is opposite with a quarter berth behind. She has a large wheel house and a good sized cockpit.
She has had a lot of money spent on her over the years, new engine in 2002, rigging 2006, sails in 2010/2011 and upholstery and headlining recently upgraded. This is a loved family boat which has been well cared for and looked after. The external woodwork could do with re varnishing but this should not distract from a good boat which is realistically priced.
