Broker's Comments

This looks a well-kept example of a British built 1970s cruiser.

Only three owners from new, the current owner bought her as temporary accommodation last year while his new house was being built, and has only done day sailing.

The previous owner commissioned a full survey prior to purchase in Dec 2015.

New Beta engine in 2010, new roller furling and mainsail in 2016. Lots of equipment including gas detectors, valise liferaft and hot water system.

There is scope for a more contemporary interior and some updating of functional instrumentation but otherwise this Elizabethan looks great for sailing away on extended passages.
