Ex:British Waterways Affairs work boat very solidly built. Ideal for canal business venture ie:conversion to pump out or supplies of solid fuel gas etc to the thousands of canal boat users.

Alternatively the boat is priced right for conversion into live aboard. The rear cabin easily converted into living accommodation aboard while converting the rest of the boat. The separate front lockers perfect for toilet and shower. Leaving the forward cabin as a secure store room for tools and parts.
