Broker's Comments

This Hurley 9.5m motor sailor is a triple keel version with a relatively powerful engine. A boat perfectly suited for the Irish Sea, with the undercover helm position provided by the substantial dog house. The layout with separate aft cabin is well suited for sailing with the family and with a ketch rig, a relatively easy to handle sail plan.
She would benefit from some cosmetic work to return her to her former glory.
Approximately 30 of the 9.5s were built by Hurley, this hull being the 12th.

When Hurley went out of business, the moulds were sold to Elizabethan Yachts and the Hurley 9.5 was then marketed as the Meridian 31 until the mid 1980s.
A trailer suitable for slipping and storage is available.

Note: This boat will be moved from Lake Windermere to another location during the Easter Weekend.
