Broker's Comments

The LM 28 is perhaps less well known around these parts than the ubiquitous LM 27. The advantage of the bigger sister is her bilge keels, slightly more accommodation space, but the best bit is, she is reputed to be 'the one that really SAILS'!
Built to a quality that the Scandinavians seem to excel in, the LM 27/28 family epitomise, for me, all that is desirable in a ruggedly handsome family cruiser that could take you anywhere there is water in which to float.
Recent sails, re-engined with a modern motor in 2007 and clearly looked after by her current owner, our example is well equipped with a comprehensive electronics suite, and is well presented for sale.
