Broker's Comments

Macwester Rowan 22 being sold by her current owner due to ill health.
She has a boat safety certificate until May 2024.
In need of a little interior tlc (internal linings) she will make an affordable introduction on to the water as an easily managed day sailor with the option of overnight stays in her cabins offering 4 berths and a small cooker.
She will sit on a drying mooring quite happily as she is bilge keel design.
***Her engine has now been reconditioned and is running as it should***

Hi Peter,
Thank you for your note, you are of course welcome to take a look at her, we haven't given up on the engine so hopefully she may be up and running when you come to see her.
Kindest Regards
Gary

Hi

Interested in the boat - clearly needs some work particularly the engine! Just enquiring as to whether it's mooring is available and if so is there hardstanding for DIY work on the boat?
I am planning to come up to Norfolk in three weeks or so (after my 2nd jab!) so would be keen to see it if still available as well as looking at a few others.

Thanks

Pete
