Broker's Comments

Moodys are renowned for their build character and this one does not disappoint.

Cherished by the current owner for the past nine years he has used her for local races and coastal passages.

The exterior and interior belie her age - the engine started instantly and ran smoothly.

As a first boat for someone keen to sail, or for those wishing to downsize to a yacht that can be crewed short handed or solo, or even as a liveaboard, I reckon this Moody 27 is hard to beat.

I am looking for a boat to reside on and call home as I am splitting with my partner of 30 years and need to own something I am 66 and in receipt of a state pension looking for P/T work, a pal of mine lives on a small boat on the Marina and loves it, I have options of a camper van, a mobile home or a boat and the idea of a boat seems good, is this boat suitable to live on? my budget is around £10000 give or take a little wriggle room. Please could you advise me,?
