Broker's Comments

This long keeled classic family cruiser/racer benefited from a comprehensive 3 year restoration between 2011-2014, much of which was carried out professionally by Rock Channel Marine.

Set up for short/single handed sailing with lines leading back to the cockpit, she has the benefit of a Scanmar Monitor self steering wind vane and both the standing and running rigging were replaced in 2015.
The deck has been completely stripped, sanded and professionally applied with four coats of 2 pack Flowcoat along with non slip areas. The mooring cleats were replaced in 2012 and the stainless steel stanchions/safety wire in 2013.
The hull was re-copper coated in 2013 at which time the hull above the water line was also professionally sprayed with two pack acrylic marine paint.

Built to Lloyds exacting standards, the Morgan Giles 30 is renowned for safe swift, seakeeping qualities and is pretty to look at too. This example has had a lot invested in bringing the exterior up to a high standard and with the added benefit of a full engine service in April 2018, this is well worth a look.
