Broker's Comments

This is a lovely, light boat with a real feeling of space. The large windows and lounge and grooved pine give a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

The saloon opens onto the cratch and has a solid fuel stove and individual chairs. The galley is sensibly sized and located with everything within easy reach. The adjacent dinette converts into a double berth for occasional guests.

The cabin is set in the traditional fashion at the aft of the boat and once again has a feeling of space and light. Between the two is the shower room with a very practical step-in shower, basin and dump-through toilet into a holding tank.

This is a boat that will enable you to enjoy to the full the beauty of Britain's canals whether seated on the ample cruiser stern or lounging inside and letting others do the hard work.

She is based in a popular marina with easy commuting access to London. The leisure mooring may be taken over with a 5% (+ VAT) transfer fee payable to the marina operator.
