Broker's Comments

This Nonsuch 26 was built by Hinterhoeller Yachts in Canada and is a Mark Ellis design.

The simple cat rig design makes her a great yacht for sailing inshore or cross channel cruising.

The simplicity of the rig makes her easier to sail than most of other yachts of this size, making her ideal for single handed sailing, while the crew enjoy the views or top up their suntans!

The owners have advised she is good to windward and her 420 sq ft main sail allows light wind sailing without a spinnaker.

A new carbon fibre mast was fitted in 2016 and this new mast is approximately half the weight of the old mast and again this has significantly improved her sailing performance.

The Nonsuch is also a very spacious boat with a 10 ft beam, plus 6ft headroom and this gives the impression a much bigger boat than the 26 ft.
The Engine was serviced in August 2016 and also the seacocks were checked and greased at the same time.

If you are looking for a spacious Yacht which is easier to sail that similar sized yachts this could be the boat for you.
