Broker's Comments

This boat is currently fitted out as an attractive live-aboard but would be capable of making seafaring passages. As an ex Trinity House Pilot vessel, built to Lloyd's A1 standards, it is substantially constructed with powerful proven engines

This boat presents an excellent opportunity to acquire a fully operational houseboat. It has easy access to local facilities and main road & rail transport routes into London.
The vessel is moored in the heart of Ipswich in a locked private marina and a fully serviced pontoon mooring would be available by separate negotiation if required.

These boat details are subject to contract.

Hi, just wondering if the air draft can be reduced by taking off the radar etc or is the 4.27m to the roof itself? Wed like to bring it under some lower bridges than that. Thanks
