Broker's Comments

Well folks, it ain’t often that I am lost for words but...

Let’s give it a go. This boat was totally refitted, starting back in 2003, and finished in 2005 Her internal layout was completely changed and modified, with the standard of workmanship worthy of the Royal Yacht!

I really do like the layout, it makes maximum use of the great day saloon/wheelhouse area, with the superb galley, seating and helm position all on the same level giving great visibility and providing a magnificent living area. The thing that strikes me about this is that she can be used all year round. The sliding doors give easy access to the after deck area, so in summer one has a terrace for the G&T, and in winter, with the full canopy shipped, one has a cosy enclosure for the sipping of mulled wine!

You have to check out the photos of the engine bay – an engineer’s dream, with oodles of space around the unit for service and maintenance. Forward of the engine there is enough space for a dinghy and outboard, and forward again into the saloon there is a massive space under the cabin sole where the Calorifier and the insulated fuel tank live.

The engine was new in 2005, at the time of the refit, and the outdrive leg was replaced in 2012, so is almost brand new – have a look at the photos! I am sure that the fact she is stored ashore in an indoor dry stack has contributed massively to the superb condition of this boat, but also just look at the low engine hours – 305!

This is a magnificent fast cruiser, a truly exceptional boat, you really must come and see her!
