Broker's Comments

Following a Sept 2019 Survey the price has been reduced due to repairs required.

Built in Croatia, all the Yachts are built in accordance with Ocean A Category and are certified by DNV - GL (DIRECTIVE 94/25/EC).

All models have been reinforced with stainless steel frame structure (the grid forms the structural spine of the boat) which supports the keel, mast and shrouds, giving these boats an extremely strong but light construction.

This Salona 40 was a Salona Yard based Showboat for a period 4 years before being launched in 2008.
Described by a marine surveyor in the 2017 survey as:

"The Salona 40 is a top quality six/eight berth auxiliary cruiser/racer of medium ballast ratio with a fin keel, semi-balanced rudder and a masthead rig sloop sailplan."
Conclusions from the Survey stated:
"...has been built and maintained to a high standard. From the inspection of the yacht afloat and ashore at the time of the survey, it appears well found, being in good general condition for its age." "A minimum interval of five years before the next survey is recommended subject to execution of a regular maintenance plan."

She has just been sailed in to Torquay and is ready to be sailed away for the Season.
