The Southerly range are renowned for there lifting keel and shallow draft allowing to enter locations others are unable to reach.

This 100 has been owned via its current owner for a good few years and now has to give up. She does require some modernization and TLC hence the pricing.

The keel is shown about 6 inches below the keel plate. That's OK but it is much better to lower the keel until it just touches the hard standing. That way there is less pressure on the hydraulic ram seals

Owner needs to be aware, i contacted Boatshed today, asked for viewing next week, wednesday to sunday onwards (any time). Told no viewings possible then. Tomorrow offered but i live 160 miles away and not convenient for me.
