Broker's Comments

The Vancouver 27 is a well known and very well thought of small cruising boat. One of which that has gained a reputation as a safe and capable offshore design. Among these "pocket voyagers" she stands out as a small boat with truly big boat capabilities.

She won't win any races however she'll get you there in safety and comfort and for a cruising couple has more than enough storage and living space for extended passage making.

This particular example has covered a fair distance with her owner mainly singlehanding and living aboard and is well set up to continue to do so. Re-engined in 2003 and annually serviced since she appears to be mechanically very tidy. The sails have been replaced from original and the spinnaker is unused.
