Broker's Comments

This is a nice modern fit out that offers plenty of uncluttered space throughout. She was re-fitted semi-professionally in 2014 and the engine is being serviced this week and the engine compartment is being cleaned of rust, rubbed down and re-painted at the same time.

As you come down through the front doors you enter the large attractive saloon area with plenty of built in storage units in matching ash, large TV, solid fuel stove sat on granite hearth, a cream and red sofa bed, matching easy chair and feature panel radiator. The breakfast bar with 2 stools links you into the well appointed galley with plenty of storage space, 12 volt Waeco fridge, 230 v freezer, washing machine, Lamona hob and full size oven and grill with extractor hood.

As you walk down the corridor you come to what was a walk in storage area but the present owner uses it as a single bed which is 2ft 10in wide. Then you come to the heads/shower room painted in white with 30in x 30in laminated shower cubicle with plexiglass-glass doors, vanity basin, heated towel rail and electric flush pump out toilet.

Finally you come to the large double bedroom with double wardrobe, radiator, built in bedside units, TV and access out into the cockpit area.
