Broker's Comments

The Owner has just advised a massive price reduction and she's now labelled as a project, due to work needed, following a recent inspection.

Boatshed Yorkshire is pleased to list this lovely classic prawn fisher.

Once featured in Anglia Afloat Magazine (a copy of which is available), this classic ex-fishing boat has been kept in a lovely condition by her present Owner.

Having had a lot of money spent on her in recent years, she has a good survey and a BSS to 2021.

Whilst currently used as a river/canal cruiser, there is a full tabernacle rig that could be installed together with a proposed sail plan. She certainly does turn heads and with her traditional wooden interior and exterior does have that "Wow" factor.

There is full history from when she was built in Scotland and there is even a Pathe News piece on her available.

The classic detail is to be seen everywhere, from the fold down Stainless steel sink to the brass portholes and cabin roof glass lights.

I can highly recommend taking a closer look to see what she has to offer.

The berth may be available, by separate negotiation with BWML, but may incur a berth transfer fee payable directly to the marina.

These boat details are subject to contract.
Note: Offers on the asking price may be considered.

What work is needed “following an inspection”?
