Broker's Comments

After twenty years of lovingly bringing this old lady back from the sad hulk that she was, the owner is now wishing to retire and downsize. He has done a considerable amount of work in restoring and converting this former fishing trawler to a lovely vessel to liveaboard. There is still work to be done and plenty of opportunity to add your own mark to the interior fit-out of the vessel but she is able to be motored and lived on as she is now. The current swing mooring may be available by arrangement with the owner.
