Broker's Comments
The 31' Allmand was originally made for cruising the Bahamas because of its roominess: 6'6" headroom and 11'4" beam and only drawing 4' with its shoal draft and encapsulated keel. This unique boat has many upgrades and modifications. The owners have sailed this boat across the Gulf, been in and out fo the ICW and sailed the Atlantic from Brownsville, Texas to Philadelphia, PA. This is a very stable and comfortable boat and can handle seas of 12 feet and winds in excess of 70 knots with ease. Her 4' draft has been able to get into secluded places most other boats couldn't with no fear of running aground. In short, this is a very special vessel. The owners have taken great care of this boat and added many custom features. These boat details are subject to contract.
