Broker's Comments

The H-35 is stylish Cruiser built in Finland and designed by Hans Group of H-Class fame. She is a great looking boat; but is in need of some TLC. It will need quite a lot of new gear including quite probably another engine. However, I think it is project worth undertaking the hull and topsides still look good and are original gelcoat; and what a nice yacht she could again become!
The owners have priced it to sell but are not giving it away; offer reasonably close to the asking price will be considered.
