Broker's Comments
I was very pleasantly surprised by the good condition of the vessel. The vendor has clearly spent thousands and many hundreds of hours giving this vessel a thorough refit. Her interior is more like a boat of less than five years old.
At 10m she will fit nicely into a government 10m berth (some 700 more promised soon) or a cheaper commercial marina berth. Her inmast reefing gear makes her easy to sail single handed. I have seen the vendor cross the Straits in strong blows single-handed with ease.
A great little boat that is low cost, low maintenance and a joy to sail.
