Broker's Comments

This is a sweet-looking sailing boat, with attractive, sweeping lines. Looking great for her age, this Beneteau First 30 appears loved and cared for by her present owners, who are reluctantly selling her due to lack of opportunities for sailing her. Apart from the pleasing state of her general condition, she has had some major renovation over the years: her original engine has been replaced; the hull has been grit-blasted and epoxied; keel-bolts replaced and keel re-bedded. The upholstery looks bright, firm and plump, and the external cloth-work is fresh and bright. I like the way the saloon seat backs hinge up to form two additional sea berths; with them in place she’ll sleep seven. This is a really nice, capable yacht, offering great sailing for a reasonable outlay.
